We ship our products to anywhere in the world. DressesForUs.com offers FREE shipping on any EMS orders. If you prefer other shipping service, please refer to the chart below for shipping rates and delivery times.

Please note that DHL cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. You need to provide us your physical address and real phone number if you choose to use DHL.
DressesForUs.com does not collect duty or sales tax for international orders. However, we are NOT responsible for any duties, tax or fees levied by your government if there is any.
Your order will usually be shipped within 2 or 3 business days. You will receive a notification email when your order is shipped. A tracking number will be provided if you choose expedited service.
DressesForUs.comis not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control. If your package does not arrive within the time frame specified above, please contact us with your order number via email: email@example.com.

RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY
Please Note: Most dresses require alteration to achieve a perfect fit. Dresses are made according to standard measurements based on the manufacturer size chart and may be altered to fit you. Alternation is the at the sole cost and discretion of the purchaser and is not provided by Dresses For Us. Please select a larger size based on your measurement and the size chart. While the majority of dresses can be taken in to fit you, most dresses are difficult to let out. The manufactures have different sizes; make sure you check the size chart carefully before you choose your size.
In order to keep our prices very competitive, we have the following guidelines:
- We only accept returns for standard size orders. We don't accept returns for custom made dresses
- The dress items must be in their original condition, not worn or altered, as it was shipped to the buyer. All tags must be attached to the garments.
- A onetime exchange is permitted for unworn merchandise with an available style, color and size. There is no return or exchanges on already exchanged items.
- All returns must be within 2 days (including weekends) of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. You need to inform us via phone or email: firstname.lastname@example.org that you would like to return the gown and you must have a return authorization number from us.
- Please note, returns are not returned to our address. We have an alternative address for returns. We will provide you with the address when you contact us for your return authorization number.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 35% of the price of the returned item(s). Shall the customer elect to exchange or receive a store credit; the restocking fee will be reduced to 15%, which is used to cover shipping and handling expense.
- All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the credit to appear on your account statement.
- Clearance items can be exchanged only. Final sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
- In the unlikely event if we receive a return from clearance section requesting refund, only exchanges or store credit will be issued with 35% restocking fee deducted.
- If we received your returned item 60+ days after your purchase, 50% or more restocking fee will be applied and only store credit can be issued. 50% or more restocking fee will be applied if we received your package without our authorization or your return authorization is denied.
- If there is a quality issue with the product, we must be notified within 2 days of delivery via e-mail or telephone, we will gladly replace it with the same item with no shipping charge.
- We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Be sure to give us a secured address.
For your convenience we have two methods for exchanges:
1: Fill out the Return and Exchange Form, Steps 1-4, and put it in your return package with the dress. Once we receive your return dress, we will process your new dress request.
2: “Quick Exchange” Place a new order. Once you have placed a new order, please choose "Option 2" on the Return and Exchange form and write your new order number on the form. Fill out Steps 1 and 2 completely on the Return and Exchange Form and put it inside your return package. Once received, you will be refunded in full for the return item.
